As the Logistic Training Manager for an Air National Guard Unit, the C-Quest products have enhanced our maintenance training programs. Using the testing programs of C-Quest, the retention rate of students has increased ten fold. Also, as the training manager creating comprehensive tests, using C-Quest has made my job easier and I am able to construct many test from one database. CQuest was selected for US Naval Aviation graduate level testing within the EA-6B Prowler Electronic Attack community. The Prowler is an aircraft carrier based tactical jet that serves a dual role as a tactical jammer for both the US Navy and US Air Force. CQuest testing is part the Navy's Air Combat Training Continuum program, leading to aircrew certifications within the Prowler Weapons and Training Program, administered by the Electronic Attack Weapons School. CQuest has dramatically reduced the amount of classified paperwork generated in our testing. Also, CQuest data base supports testing at the both the US Navy's EA-6B Fleet Replacement Squadron and is used by ordnance handling courses. CQuest deploys around the world with Navy EA-6B Prowler squadrons.

At Canadian Valley Technology Center we use C-Quest to facilitate testing students for competency attainment prior to job placement. Programs as diverse as Auto Collision Technology, Practical Nursing, Welding, and Construction. Trades love being able to test students on an as-needed basis - since we have "open entry" programs, and students progress through the training at individual rates. We at Keesler AFB, MS use the testing program for the written evaluation portion of the certification process of our police officers. We have nine separate duty positions which require initial and annual recertification. The tests are conducted in a controlled environment, with one student at a time. We have received immediate positive feedback about the use of a computer based test versus the old fill in the circle type. We have included jpeg images to enhance the questions which resulted in laudatory comments by the inspectors during the recent Feb '99 Inspector General Operational Readiness Inspection!
